My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
In a coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. I work with clients on a variety of areas including career, leadership development and personal growth.
The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. I initially ask for a commitment of six weeks.
Coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the Association for Coaching Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
